Plum jam - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 3.2 kg of plums (without kernels)
  • 1.2 kg of sugar


Clean the plums and take out the kernels.


Let them cook for 10 minutes and then add the sugar.


Let the jam boil for about 3 hours at slow fire mixing from time to time.


When it´s ready it will be thick and it will have a darker color than at the beginning.
