Apricot cake - recipe with step-by-step photos

  • 300 grams of apricots
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 200 grams of fresh cream
  • 100 milliliters of sunflower oil
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • salt

Beat the egg whites with half of the sugar and separately the egg yolks with the other half of the sugar.

In the bowl with the beaten egg yolks add: the sunflower oil, the fresh cream and the salt and mix.

Then in the same bowl add the flour gradually and mix slowly.

Now, incorporate the beaten egg whites very slowly.

Put the composition in an oven pan.

Clean and cut in medium stripes the apricots and place them at the surface of the cake.

Put it in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 30-35 minutes or until ready.
