Green beans wrapped in bacon - light dinner, recipe with step-by-step photos

Ingredients for 2 people:
  • 250 grams of green beans
  • 100 grams of bacon
  • salt
  • pepper
  • some cheese


Clean and boil the beans in water with some salt.


When the beans are boiled, pass them throw a stream of cold water for a few seconds.

On a plate, add one or two strips of bacon. Over the bacon add a few green beans (4 or five shoud be enough) and roll the bacon strips. Repeat the operation till you finish the bacon ... or the green beans :) .



Add the rolls in the pan and fry them at medium fire on each side until crunchy brown.


You can serve them with some cheese above.
