Chicken haggis - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients (all meat is chicken):
  • 250 gr of liver
  • 250 gr of heart
  • 200 gr of breast
  • 200 gr of gizzard
  • 200 gr of young onions
  • 3-5 eggs
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Put all the meat in a cooking pot and let it boil well for 40 minutes.

Slice very thinly the onions and the parsley.

Chop in thin pieces the boiled meat and then mix them well with the onions, the parsley, the eggs, the pepper and the salt.

Additionally,  you can put a boiled egg inside the meat mixture before you put the tray in the oven.

Put the mixture in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
