Potato moussaka - recipe (including photos)

  • 1 - 1.5 kg of boiled potatoes
  • 500 gr of minced meat
  • 3 onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 gr of cheese
  • 200 gr of sour creme
  • 1 carrot

Fry the onion until they become yellow, add the grated carrot, cover the pan and let them cook for 20 minutes.

Add the meat, the eggs, mix it well and let them cook for another 10 minutes.

Add the half of the sour cream and let it cook for another 10 minutes.

Arrange the boiled potatoes on the bottom of the oven tray:

After you arranged the potatoes, add the meat, and cover with potatoes.

Pour the other part of sour cream on the top of potatoes, and cover with grated cheese.

Put it in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
