Baked pears with crumbles - recipe (including photos)

  • 100 grams of flour
  • 2 pears
  • 2 oranges
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 50 grams of water
  • 1 spoon of lemon juice
  • vanilla sugar
  • salt

Mix the flour with 40 grams of sugar and 50 grams of butter.

Put the composition in the oven for 10 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.

Clean the pears and add the vanilla sugar and the remaining butter in the middle. Add the water in the tray and put them in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.

Mix the juice from the oranges with the remaining sugar, the lemon juice and the vanilla sugar. Let them boil for 15-20 minutes mixing from time to time.

When everything is ready try to combine them.
