Quiche - recipe (including photos)

  • 450 grams of fresh cheese
  • 150 grams of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of bacon
  • 80 grams of yogurt
  • 13 teaspoons of cold water
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olives

Mix the flour with the cooled melted butter, the cold water and the salt. The salt is optional, as the other ingredients may be also salted.

In a separate bowl mix the grated cheese with the eggs and the pepper.

Add the yogurt, the bacon, the chopped parsley and the olives.

Add the composition over the dough and put it in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
