Homemade bread - recipe (including photos)

It's a recipe that anybody can do:

Ingredients:
  • 400 grams of wheat flour
  • 250 grams of warm water
  • 12 grams of yeast
  • 7 tea spoons of olive oil (or sunflower oil)
  • salt



Mix the flour with the yeast, the water, the olive oil and the salt.


Let the dough rest for 40 minutes.



 Put the dough in a form, spread flour on top, and let it rest for another 25 minutes.



 Put it in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.
