- 500 grams of minced meat
- 2 eggs
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- 700 grams of tomato juice
- 300-350 milliliters of water
- 50 mililiters of olive oil
Mix the meat with the eggs, one chopped onion, one grated carrot, the bread soaked in water (to be soft), the paprika, the salt and the pepper.
Make little meat balls.
Fry the remaining chopped carrot and the onion in 50 milliliters of olive oil at slow fire.
When the onion is yellow, add the water and the tomatoes juice.
When the juice is boiling add the meat balls without mixing for at least 10 minutes.
When the meat balls are ready (it takes around 40 minutes to cook) add the chopped garlic and stop the fire.
