Hot chocolate (I) - recipe (including photos)

While in Italy we found out that the best hot chocolate is the one very thick, in which the spoon stands still.

So we tried to reproduce what we had in Italy.

  • 300 grams of milk (depends on how thick you want the chocolate)
  • 4 teaspoons of cacao powder
  • 3 teaspoons of wheat flour
  • 3 teaspoons of sugar

In a pan mix the sugar, the flour, the cacao, and 100 grams of milk. Put the pan at slow fire, mixing continuously

After all the ingredients are mixed, pour the rest of the milk, and continue mixing, for another 5 minutes (or until the composition has the consistency you want).
