Rice with mushrooms - recipe (including photos)

  • 100 grams of rice
  • 400 milligrams of water
  • 1 tea spoon of soy sauce
  • 20 fresh mushrooms
  • spring onions
  • olive oil
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

Boil the rice with 300 grams of water and a pinch of salt.

In the meantime, cut the garlic and the ginger and let them fry for few seconds in a spoon of olive oil together with salt and pepper.

Add the mushrooms and let them fry for a few seconds and add 1 spoon of soy sauce previously mixed with 100 milligrams of water.

Let them cook until the sauce evaporates.

Serve the mushrooms on a bed of hot rice. Cut the spring onions on top for additional flavour.
