- 400 grams of fresh cream
- 300 milliliters of milk
- 10 spoons of powder sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- half of a vanilla pod
Boil the milk with the seeds of the vanilla pod and 3 spoons of sugar at slow fire.
Let it cool.
Mix the egg yolks with 3 spoons of sugar.
Mix the egg yolks with the milk and let it cook for few minutes at slow fire. Take the pot aside before it starts to boil and let it cool.
Mix the fresh cream with the remaining sugar.
Mix the cream above with the yolks/milk composition.
Put the composition in forms and let it in the fridge for a few hours.
It's recommendable to mix the ice cream at least two times after you put it in the fridge to avoid ice needles.
