Bacon and cheese pudding - recipe (including photos)

  • 5 bread buns (or slices of bread)
  • 400 grams of milk
  • 150 grams of bacon
  • 100 grams of cheese
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • garlic
  • pepper
  • salt (only if needed, because the cheese and bacon are already salted)

Mix the chopped garlic with the butter and spread it over the sliced bread, which are then arranged in an over pot.

Add the chopped cherry tomatoes and the chopped bacon.

Mix the milk with the eggs and pour it over the composition.
Add the chopped bell pepper, the pepper and some of cheese.

Grate the remaining cheese over the mixture.
Put it in the oven at 170 Celsius degrees for 30 minutes.
