Pear tart - recipe (including photos)

  • 5 pears (about 1 kg)
  • 100 grams of corn flakes
  • 600 grams of fresh cow cheese
  • 50 grams of sugar (or more - according to taste)
  • 50 milliliters of water
  • 40 grams of flour
  • 2 spoons of sunflower oil
  • 3 eggs
  • ginger
  • salt

Crush the cereals.

Grease a pan with 2 spoons of sunflower oil and spread the crushed cereals.

Boil for 15 minutes the pears mixed with the grated ginger and the water.

Throw the remaining water and mash the pears.
Let them cool well.
Add the cheese and mix.

Add the beaten eggs and the salt and mix.

Add the flour and mix.

Add the sugar and mix.

Pour the filling over the crushed cereals and bake it in the oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
