Gingerbread biscuits - recipe (including photos)

What do you say about some gingerbread biscuits around the Christmas tree.

  • 250 grams of honey
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 spoons of sunflower oil
  • 2 spoons of baking soda
  • 2 spoons of vinegar
  • 500 grams of flour
  • cinnamon
  • ginger

Boil for few minutes the sugar mixed with the honey.
Let it cool.

Add the eggs, the ginger, the cinnamon, the sunflower oil and mix.

Add the baking powder previously mixed with vinegar.

Add the flour and mix.
Let the dough rest for at least 1 day in the fridge.

Spread the dough on the table and cut it using forms. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees Celsius.
Put them in the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
