  • 200 grams of fresh cream
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 150 milliliters of milk
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Add 50 grams of sugar over the berries and let them rest.

Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks.

Beat the egg whites with 100 grams of sugar.
Add the egg yolks and mix.

Add the fresh cream and mix.

Add the milk and mix.

Finally add the vanilla sugar and the flour and mix.

Put the berries at the bottom of a baking pan.

Above the berries pour the composition and then put it in the oven covered in aluminum foil, at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

Remove the aluminum foil and let it bake for another 25-30 minutes or until cooked.

Let the cake cool.
When cooled, turn the cake upside down so that the fruits come on top.
