Ingredients for the dough:
- 100 grams of butter at room temperature
- 100 grams of powdered sugar
- 100 grams of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 spoon of cocoa powder
Mix the butter with the sugar until creamy.
Add the eggs and mix.
Add the flour and mix.
Add the cocoa powder and mix.
Put the dough in a baking pan and let it in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
Ingredients for the mascarpone filling:
- 250 grams of fresh cream
- 250 grams of mascarpone
- 80 grams of powdered sugar
- 1 spoon of cherry liqueur
Mix the mascarpone cheese with 50 grams of sugar and the liqueur.
Add the fresh cream beaten with the rest of the sugar and mix.
Let the filling rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Ingredients for the chocolate mousse:
- 150 grams of chocolate
- 150 grams of fresh cream
- 20 grams of powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
Melt the chocolate. Put it aside to cool and add the egg yolks. Mix well.
Add the fresh cream beaten with the sugar and mix.
Add the beaten egg whites slowly and mix .
Let the mousse in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Now over the cold dough first add the mascarpone filling.
Add the chocolate mousse and on top you can add cocoa powder or grated chocolate.
