Ingredients:
Smash the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter and the Nutella.
Spread the biscuit mixture at the bottom of a pan.
Put the pan in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Mix the cream cheese with the mascarpone.
Add the powdered sugar and the vanilla seeds and mix.
Add the fresh cream and mix.
Spread the cheese composition over the biscuits and put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
You can add on top of the cheesecake some caramel.
