Ingredients for 16 muffins:
Mix the sunflower oil with the sugar (keep 3 spoons of sugar separately, to use later with the apples).
Incorporate the eggs (one by one) in the sunflower oil/sugar mixture.
Add the flour (previously mixed with the baking powder) gradually and the fresh cream and mix .
Meanwhile grate the apples and add the remaining sugar, the cinnamon and the crushed walnuts and mix.
Add the apples over the flour mixture and mix.
Put the dough in forms and bake them in the preheated oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 25-30 minutes or until brown.
