Cherry & cream roulade - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients for the dough:
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 spoons with sugar
  • 4 spoons with flour
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • salt

Beat the egg whites with the salt.

Separately, beat the eggs yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Pour the egg yolks and the flour over the egg whites and mix.

Put the composition in a greased oven tray and let it cook for 7-10 minutes at 180 Celsius degrees.

Take out the composition on a wet towel. Roll it and let it rest for a few minutes.

Now you can fill it with jam or cream and fruits.

We used for the filling:
  • 500 grams homemade cream
  • 200 grams of sour cherries

Add the filling and roll the dough.
Put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
