Chicken in red pepper sauce - recipe (including photos)

  • 4-6 chicken wings
  • 250 grams of red peppers
  • 2 spoons with olive oil
  • 2 spoons with tomato juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 laurel leaf
  • 1 onion
  • parsley
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • salt

Heat the olive oil and fry the chicken wings.

When ready, take them out and using the same pan and the same oil, fry the copped onion and garlic.

Fry until yellow.

Add the chopped red pepper, the tomato juice and salt and let it cook for 20 minutes at slow fire, mixing from time to time.

When the red pepper is tender add the meat, the pepper, the laurel and let it cook for another 10 minutes.

When ready, add the chopped parsley, cover it and take it out from the fire.

We served it with some pasta (but don't tell to the Italians :).
