Blueberry doughnuts in the oven - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients for 14-16 donuts:
  • 250 grams of yoghurt
  • 100 grams of Manitoba flour
  • 100 grams of semi complete flour
  • 80 - 100 grams of sugar
  • 6 spoons with sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon with baking powder
  • salt
  • a few spoons with blueberry jam
  • butter to grease the donuts forms

Mix the Manitoba flour with the semi complete flour. Add the baking powder and the salt and mix.

Mix the eggs with the sugar, the yogurt and the sunflower oil .

Mix the eggs/yogurt composition with the flour.

Grease a muffin tray with some butter and add the composition.

Fill only half of the forms, because the dough will rise.

Add the jam over the composition and mix a bit with a toothpick.

Preheat the oven at 190 Celsius degrees.

Bake the doughnuts at 190 Celsius degrees for 12-15 minutes or until ready.

Very good warm with a glass of milk.
