Quick healthy dinner: asparagus, potatoes and shrimp

  • 400 grams of fresh shrimp
  • 500 grams of fresh green asparagus
  • a few potatoes
  • 2 spoons with olive oil
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt

Melt 20 grams of butter and add the shrimps and some chopped garlic. Cook them on both sides for a few minutes.

Clean and cut the potatoes in thin slices. Heat the olive oil and 20 grams of butter and let them fry at medium fire in a covered pan. When almost ready, add some chopped garlic.

Boil the asparagus for a few minutes just until tender.
Strain it and let it dry on a paper towel.

 Put the remaining butter in a pan and some garlic and fry the asparagus 1 or 2 minutes on each side.
