- one chicken breast
- 100 grams of cheese
- 4 eggs
- 250 grams of mushrooms
- 300 grams of flour
- 500 milliliters of milk
- 100 grams of fresh cream
- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 tea spoon of butter
Prepare the composition for the crepes from 2 eggs, 500 milliliters of milk, 300 grams of flour and salt.
Cut the onion and let it fry in the butter.
Add the chopped bell pepper and the mushrooms and let them cook for 10 -15 minutes at slow fire.
Add the chopped chicken, the salt, pepper, thyme and the parsley and let them cook until the chicken is ready.
Mix 2 eggs with 50 grams of fresh cream and add them in the pot. Let them cook for 2-5 minutes.
Add the cheese and the composition over the crepe and roll it.
Add the rest of the fresh cream over the crepes. Put them in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
You can eat it as is, or with salad, fresh cream or cheese.
