Apple pie rolls - recipe (including photos)

  • 420 grams of flour
  • 125 grams of yogurt
  • 11 spoons of sunflower oil
  • 3 apples
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • cinnamon
  • salt

Mix 300 grams of flour with the eggs, 5 spoons of sunflower oil, the yogurt and the salt.

Mix the remaining flour with the remaining sunflower oil.

Add the second dough over the first one, roll it and put them in the fridge for 20 minutes.

Spread the dough on the table.

Grate the apples and mix them with 2 spoons of sugar (or more..) and a bit of cinnamon. Let it boil for few minutes and then put it aside to cool.

Add the filling over the dough and roll it.

Cut small pieces and set them horizontally on the tray.

Let it cook at 190 Celsius degrees for about 30 minutes.
