- 150 grams of dark chocolate
- 120 grams of wheat flour
- 100 grams of butter
- 70 grams of brown sugar
- 1 tea spoon of baking powder
- 1 egg
- a pinch of salt
Mix the butter with the sugar until creamy.
Add the egg and the salt.
Add the flour previously mixed with the baking powder.
Add the chocolate.
Let the dough rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Make little balls and put them in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
You can eat them with a glass of milk.
