Trip to Leipzig - part 1

Small, but nice city center. Very little left of it after the WWII bombing.

Lively town, good if you're looking to party.

Modern polenta - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 200 ml of water
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 200 grams of salted cheese
  • 150 grams corn flour
  • 10 grams of butter
  • 3 eggs

When the water mixed with milk is boiling add the polenta.

Let it boil about 15 minutes at slow fire, mixing from time to time.

When the polenta is almost ready add the grated cheese and let it boil for another few minutes.

Make few holes in polenta and add the eggs. Cover everything in cheese and put it in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.

You can serve it with fresh cream.

Enjoy!
