Homemade bread with milk and fresh cream - recipe (including photos)

  • 500 grams of wheat flour
  • 100 grams of warm milk
  • 150 grams of fresh cream
  • 20 grams of fresh yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 spoons of olive oil
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 1 spoon of salt

Mix the flour with the fresh yeast (previously mixed with the sugar) and all the other ingredients: the oil, the fresh cream, the milk, the eggs and the salt. DO not put the salt over the yeast!

Let the dough rest for 1 hour in a warm place.

Put the dough in a form and let it in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
