Milk pudding cake - recipe (including photos)

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 200 milliliters of fresh cream
  • 100 grams of sugar (according to taste, you could add more)
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • zest from half of a lemon
  • the dough

 Boil 900 ml of milk with the sugar for a few minutes at slow fire.

In the meantime, mix the eggs with the vanilla sugar.

Add the flour and mix well.

Add the remaining 100 ml of milk and mix.

Finally, add the boiled milk little by little over the eggs mixture. Keep it on the fire until it has the consistency of a pudding.


Add the grated lemon and mix.
Let it cool!

Add the fresh cream and mix.

Add the filling over the dough and put it in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
