Greek chicken with grated potatoe pie - recipe (including photos)

  • 500 grams of chicken breast
  • 50 grams of Greek cheese (or other salted cheese you have)
  • 30 milliliters of olive oil
  • 40 milliliters of white wine 
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 spoon of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of condiments (oregano, thyme, basil)
  • half of a lemon
  • parsley
  • pepper
  • salt

Fry the chicken in the olive oil.

Meanwhile mix the wine with the mustard and the condiments.

When chicken is ready add add the mustard/wine sauce and mix.

Let it boil until the wine evaporates.

Add the chopped cheese and the parsley and mix.
Let it fry for another 5 minutes at slow fire.

While the chicken is cooking, grate the potatoes and fry them in a bit of olive oil.
