Moelleux au chocolat

  • 70 grams of chocolate
  • 40 grams of butter
  • 30 grams of sugar
  • 15 grams of flour
  • 2 eggs

Melt the chocolate at slow fire.

Remove the pan from the fire and add the butter. Mix until the butter is well incorporated into the chocolate.

Beat the eggs with the sugar.

 Add the eggs over the chocolate and mix until well incorporated.

Add the flour and mix.

Put the compositions in cupcake forms and let them in the fridge for 1 hour.

Put the forms in the preheated oven at 200 Celsius degrees for 8-10 minutes.
