Pear tart - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients for the dough:
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 2 spoons of cold water

Mix the butter with the sugar, the water and the flour.

Put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Ingredients for the filling:
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 2 spoons of flour
  • vanilla sugar
  • 4 pears

Beat the egg whites with the sugar.
Add the egg yolks, the flour and the vanilla sugar over the beaten egg whites and mix.

Spread the dough on the table and then add it in a pan.

Above add the composition.

Add the sliced pears and put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
Add the remained beaten egg white and put it back in the oven at 170 Celsius degrees for another 15-20 minutes.
