Raisin cookies - recipe (including photos)

  • 100 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of wheat flour
  • 100 grams of raisins
  • 2 eggs
  • vanilla sugar
  • a bit of salt

Mix the butter with the sugar.

Add the eggs one by one mixing until well incorporated.

Add the vanilla sugar and the flour.

Add the raisins or other candied fruits (and / or walnuts, pine kernels etc.) and mix.

Put the composition in a plastic bag and pour it on a tray in the form of a coin.

Let them in the oven at 170 Celsius degrees for 5-10 minutes or until yellow.
