Milk and fresh cream pie - recipe (including photos)

  • 700 milliliters of milk
  • 500 grams of fresh cream
  • 300 grams of pie sheets (can be found in Balkan stores, but also in most regular supermarkets)
  • 250 grams of Philadelphia cheese
  • 50 grams of raisins
  • 6 eggs
  • 5 spoons with sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • salt

Mix the fresh cream with the Philadelphia cheese, the eggs, the sugar, the vanilla sugar , the raisins and the salt.

Then add the milk and continue mixing until well incorporated.

Cut the pie sheets in small strips.

Spread some butter or some sunflower oil in the baking tray.

Spread the pie sheets all over the tray.

Add the milk/cheese/fresh cream composition and put it in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 40-45 minutes or until golden-brown.
