  • 1 tea spoon with semi complete flour
Ingredients for the second dough:
  • 160 grams of semi complete flour
  • 120 milliliters of warm milk
  • 15 grams of sugar
  • 10 grams of butter
  • 1 teaspoon with dried yeast
  • salt
 Ingredients for the glaze:
  • 2 spoons with powdered sugar
  • 1 spoon of cold milk

Prepare the first dough:

Mix the butter with the flour.

Spread the obtained dough on a sheet of baking paper and put it in the fridge for 45 minutes.

Prepare the second dough:

Mix the warm milk with the dried yeast.

Add the butter and half of the flour. Make a liquid dough.

Let this liquid dough rest in the fridge for 45 minutes.

Add the salt and the rest of the flour over the second dough and mix.

Make a non sticky dough and spread it on the table.

Lay the first dough over the second one and fold them together in the photos bellow.

Let the dough rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Take out the dough from the fridge, spread it on the table and then fold it again as above.

Put it back in the fridge for another 30 minutes.

Repeat the process above for another 2 times.

Finally, spread the dough on the table (about 0,50 - 1 cm tick) and with a glass cut your cronuts.

Heat the sunflower oil and fry the cronuts until brown.

On top of the cronuts spread some glaze (mix the powdered sugar with the milk) .

Enjoy!
