Sweet cheese mini-tarts - recipe

Ingredients for the dough ( for 12 tarts) :
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 130 grams of butter
  • 4 spoons with water
  • 1 spoon sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • salt
Ingredients for the filling:
  • 300 grams of cheese
  • 3 spoons with sugar
  • 1 egg
Ingredients for brushing:
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 spoon with milk



Prepare the dough:

Mix the flour with the cold butter.


Add the egg yolk, the sugar, the water and the salt. Mix well. Make a non sticky dough and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.


Spread the dough on the table and with a glass or a cup make round forms. Put these round forms in a muffin tray. You can decorate these forms or you can leave them like they are.

Prick the dough with a fork .


Prepare the filling:

Mix the cheese with the sugar and the egg.

Fill the dough in the forms with the composition.

Brushing:

Mix the egg yolk with the milk and brush it over the tarts.


Put the tarts in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 25 - 30 minutes or until done.

Spread some powder sugar above and they are ready to be served.
