- 1 quince
- 1 small onion (or half of a big one)
- 150 grams of water
- 2 spoons of flour
- 1 spoon of sugar
- olive oil
Cut the onion and let it fry in the olive oil.
Cut the quince and add it over the fried onion.
Let it fry in a covered pan for 5-10 minutes.
Separately prepare the sauce from the water, salt, sugar and flour.
Add the sauce over the quince and let it cook until creamy.
