Christmas biscuits - recipe (including photos)


  • 250 grams of flour
  • 80 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of brown sugar
  • 4 spoons of honey
  • 1 spoon of cinnamon powder
  • 1 spoon of baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • a pinch of ginger

Mix the butter with the honey and the sugar.

Add the egg, the salt, the cinnamon powder and a little bit of grated ginger. Then add the baking powder mixed with the flour and pour gradually until it forms the dough.
Let the dough rest in the fridge for about 1 hour.

Spread the dough on the table and make forms.

Put the forms in the oven at 160 Celsius degrees for about 10 minutes.
