Fruit cake - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients for a 20 x 20 cm oven tray:
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 spoons with flour
  • 10 spoons with milk
  • 10 spoons with sunflower oil
  • 10 spoons with sugar
  • berries

Beat the egg yolks with half of the sugar and, separately, the egg whites with the other half of the sugar.

Pour the milk and the sunflower oil over the beaten egg yolks. Add the flour and mix.

Finally, slowly incorporate the beaten egg whites into the egg yolks composition.

Put the composition in a tray and add above the fruits you like (we used berries).

Put it in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 30-40 minutes or until ready.
