Whole wheat homemade buns - recipe (including photos)

  • 400 grams of whole wheat flour
  • 200 milliliters of warm water
  • 50 grams of oat flakes
  • 20 grams of fresh yeast
  • 5 spoons with olive oil and another 3 to be spread on top of the buns
  • 2 spoons with fresh cream
  • 2 spoons with flax seeds
  • 1 spoon with sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • salt

Mix the flour with the fresh cream, 5 spoons of olive oil, the salt, the yeast previously mixed with sugar, the water, the egg white and the oat flakes.

Let it rest for 40 minutes in a warm place.

Make little buns and let them rest for another 30 minutes.

Brush the 3 spoons with olive oil and spread the flax seeds over the buns .

Put them in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 30-35 minutes or until ready.
