Rolled bread - recipe (including photos)

  • 400 - 450 grams of flour
  • 250 grams of buttermilk
  • 90 milliliters of olive oil
  • 20 grams of fresh yeast
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • salt

Mix the flour with the yeast (previously mixed with the sugar), the buttermilk, the salt and 50 grams of olive oil.

Let the dough rest in a warm place for 1 hour.

Spread the dough on the table and pour the rest of the olive oil on the dough.

Roll the dough without pressing it.

Let it rest for another 40 minutes.

Put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes.
