Fruit Muffins - recipe with step-by-step photos

  • 250 grams of fresh fruits (raspberries, wild strawberries and gooseberries, or any other berries you have)
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 180 milliliters of milk
  • 120 milliliters of sunflower oil
  • 50 grams of sugar 
  • 2 eggs
  • half of a teaspoon with baking powder
  • salt

Preheat the oven at 200 Celsius degrees.

Mix the flour with the sugar, the salt and the baking powder.

Add the eggs, the sunflower oil and the milk and mix.

Add the fresh fruits and mix.

Put the composition in a muffin tray and put it in the oven at 200 Celsius degrees for 15-20 minutes or until ready.
