Chicken in the oven

Ingredients:
  • 1 chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 2 young garlic
  • 2 spoons with olive oil
  • half of a bell pepper 
  • salt
  • pepper
  • rosemary
  • paprika


Clean and cut the meat.

Put the meat in a tray.

Above the meat add the onion cut in big slices, the sliced bell pepper, the chopped young garlic, the rosemary, salt, pepper and paprika according to your taste.

Add 2 spoons with olive oil and cover everything with water.

Put the tray covered with a baking paper in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for about 1 - 1,5 hours.

When the meat is tender uncover the tray and let it cook until it gets a bit of color. Be careful not to dry it too much!


Can be served with mashed potatoes, french fries or ... just a salad :) .

Turkey fillet in the oven - recipe

Ingredients for 3 people:
  • 400 grams of turkey fillet
  • 6 potatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 spoons with bell pepper sauce
  • 2 spoons with olive oil
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Mash the garlic cloves with the olive oil and the salt.

Add the bell pepper sauce, the parsley and the pepper and mix.


Meanwhile, slice the meat (if not already sliced) and make small incisions from place to place to have the meat well seasoned.

Divide the bell pepper composition to have for all slices.

Cover the pieces of meat with this sauce on both sides.


Clean and cut the potatoes in half and put them at the bottom of the tray. Add the meat above, cover with baking paper and put it in the oven at 190 Celsius degrees for 50 minutes

Then uncover and let it for another 10-15 minutes in the oven.


It can be served with some grilled cheese.

Rabbit in the oven - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • one entire rabbit (approximately 1.5 kg)
  • 300 milliliters of white wine
  • 50 grams of pork fat
  • 3 spoons with olive oil
  • 2 laurel leaves
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 small carrot 
  • 1 onion
  • 1 bulb of garlic
  • a few black pepper grains 
  • a few leaves of rosemary 
  • a few leaves of basil
  • half of a teaspoon with vinegar




Clean and then cut the rabbit into pieces. Put it in an oven tray and cover it with the onion, the carrot and the potatoes (all vegetables cleaned and chopped).

Puncture the meat of the rabbit from place to place and place inside the pepper, the basil, the rosemary, the chopped garlic and the chopped fat pork.


Mix the white wine with the vinegar and the olive oil, a few leaves of rosemary, laurel, some pepper and the salt. Pour the wine mixture over the rabbit in the tray.


Cover the tray with an aluminum foil and let it cook for 40 minutes at 180 Celsius degrees. Uncover the tray and let it cook for another 40-50 minutes or until the meat is tender.





It is very good with some tomatoe salad.

Potatoes with rosemary in the oven - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients for 2,3 people:
  • 250 grams of young potatoes
  • 2-3 spoons with olive oil
  • 1 laurel leaf
  • rosemary
  • salt
  • pepper


Wash the potatoes well, so that you do not have to peel them!

Cut them in half and lay them in an oven tray. Add the salt, the pepper, the rosemary, the laurel leaf and the olive oil.


Turn every potato with the peel upwards and put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes or until cooked.




You can eat them as a main vegan dish, or as a side dish to a meat course.

Stuffed bread - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 1 small loaf of bread
  • 200 grams of fresh cream
  • 150 grams of bacon
  • 100 grams of feta cheese
  • 100 grams of cheddar cheese
  • 100 milliliters of milk
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 young onions
  • 2 young garlic
  • parsley (according to your taste)
  • pepper



Melt the butter and add the chopped onions and garlic.
Fry them for a few minutes.


Add the bacon and the ham and let it fry for another few minutes.



Remove the pan from the fire and add the grated Feta. Mix until well incorporated and add the chopped parsley.



Slice the bread and add equal parts of the composition over each slice.


Put the slices back together in an oven tray.

Above and between the slices add the Cheddar. Add the pepper.


Mix the eggs with the fresh cream and the milk and pour it over the bread.



Put the bread in the preheated oven and let it bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown at 180 degrees Celsius.

Veal in the oven - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 800 grams of veal
  • 400 grams of red wine
  • 100 grams of mushrooms
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 6 spoons of tomato juice
  • 3 spoons of olive oil
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 laurel leaves
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 garlic bulb
  • thyme
  • paprika
  • pepper
  • curry
  • salt



Mix the meat with the paprika, salt, pepper, thyme, curry, 2 laurel leaves and olive oil.
Let it rest over night in the fridge.



Next day, put the meat in a tray and add the butter.
Put it in the oven at medium fire for 5 minutes to melt the butter.


Meanwhile mix the wine with some paprika, salt, pepper, the remaining laurel leaf and the mashed garlic.


 Pour it over the meat and put it back in the oven for another 20 minutes.


Chop the vegetables and add them over the meat. Let everything cook at medium fire for another 40 minutes or until the meat is well cooked.

Oven baked omelette - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams of bacon
  • 150 grams of mushrooms
  • 150 grams of fresh cream
  • 100 grams of grated cheese
  • 10 grams of butter
  • 1 big bell pepper
  • pepper
  • thyme


Beat the eggs with the pepper and the thyme.
Add the grated cheese and the fresh cream and mix.


Add the chopped bell pepper and the fried bacon.


Add the mushrooms and mix.


Grease a pan with the butter and add the composition.


Put it in the oven at 160 degree Celsius for 30-40 minutes.

Pork with garlic in the oven - recipe (including photos)

This was a back-up solution used some time ago, when we planned for a barbecue ... but the weather didn't approve :).

Ingredients:
  • 500 grams of meat
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of red wine
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • laurel
  • thyme
  • salt


Mix the meat with all the ingredients above and put it in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees covered in aluminum foil for 90 minutes.

Take out the foil and let the meat cook for another 30-40 minutes.



Additionally you can prepare a mixture from crushed garlic, 100 grams of yogurt, 2 spoons of fresh cream and salt.
