Any individual resident in Luxembourg can create and submit their proposal for the poster. There are 3 prizes in cash to win: EUR 1,500, EUR 750 and EUR 300 for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, respectively.
Full details can be found at www.vdl.lu . The rules are in French, but you can easily translate them with babelfish.
Deadline for submission is March 31, 2010.
