Pumpkin pie - recipe (including photos)

  • 1kg of pumpkin
  • 300 grams of wheat flour
  • 2 spoons of sunflower oil
  • half of a teaspoon with backing powder
  • 250 milliliters of water
  • 100 - 150 grams of sugar
  • 1 spoon with vinegar
  • salt

Mix the flour with half of the water. Add the baking powder previously mixed with the vinegar. Add the rest of the water and mix everything for a few seconds.

Add the sunflower oil and mix everything until you have a non sticky dough.

It should look like this:

Grate the pumpkin.

Divide the dough in 3 equal parts and spread each over a plastic foil on the table.
First, spread the pumpkin over the dough, and then spread some sugar.

Roll the parts from the exterior to interior:

Put the pie in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
