Cheese pie - recipe (including photos)

  • 400 grams of wheat flour
  • 6 spoons of sunflower oil
  • 150 milliliters of warm water
  • 500 grams of fresh cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • vanilla sugar
  • 4 spoons of sugar
  • salt
  • 30 grams of raisins 

Mix the flour, the sunflower oil, the salt and the water and make a dough not to sticky.

Let the dough rest for half on hour.

Mix the cheese with the sugar, vanilla sugar, 3 eggs and the raisins.

You can make also salty cheese pie. The difference is that you only mix the cheese with the eggs and some salt.

Spread the dough on the table, until it is very thin.

Add the composition

Roll the parts from the exterior to interior

Smear the egg on top of the pie. Put it in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for about 40-50 minutes.
