Cheese pudding - recipe (including photos)

  • 250 grams of fresh cheese
  • 250 milliliters of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 spoons of flour
  • 4 spoons of sugar
  • 1 spoon of butter
  • vanilla sugar
  • salt

Mix the warm milk with the butter and flour.

Beat the egg whites with the salt and 2 spoons of sugar.
Mix the egg yolks with the remaining sugar and the vanilla sugar.

Add the cheese over the egg yolks.

Mix the egg whites with the cheese composition. Add the milk and the flour while mixing slowly.

Pour the composition in a round cake pan and put it in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for almost half on hour.
