- 2kg of frozen spinach
- 1 chicken
- 1 carrot
- 3 onions
- 50 milliliters of olive oil
Boil the chicken with the carrot and the laurel.
Fry the chopped onions and add them in the boiling pot together with the spinach.
Add the salt, the pepper, the paprika, and the curry and mix from time to time.
When ready, add the chopped garlic and let it rest for 10 minutes.
You can serve it with a fried egg above.
