- 3 eggs
- 100 grams of dark chocolate
- 100 - 150 grams of sugar (if you like sweeter)
- 50 grams of butter
In a bowl melt the chocolate with the butter and 30 grams of sugar, and let it cool.
Separate the egg yolks from the white ones.
Mix very well the egg yolks with the rest of the sugar.
Mix the egg yolks with the chocolate.
Whip the egg whites.
Mix the egg whites with the composition made from egg yolks and the chocolate.
Put them in the preheated oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 5-7 minutes.
While it will look like a muffin on the outside, the interior will still be soft and creamy.
