Pear tart - recipe (including photos)

 Ingredients for the dough:
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 125 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 1 spoon of water

Mix well all the ingredients.

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.

Spread the dough on the table and then put it in the form.

Ingredients for the filling:
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 spoon of flour
  • 3 pears
Clean and cut the pears.

Beat the egg whites with the sugar. 

Over the beaten egg whites add the egg yolks, the vanilla sugar and the flour.
Mix well.

Pour the filling over the dough.

Add the chopped pears and put everything it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

Cover the tart with an aluminum foil and then let it in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for another 20-25 minutes.
